Service during the warranty period
(1) Any car wash equipment purchased from our company is free of charge for one year and lifetime maintenance.
(2) Free equipment inquiry, equipment inspection, equipment maintenance, operation training and the cost of all spare parts damaged in the normal operating environment (except for man-made damage).
(3) After receiving a call from the user for repair, the technical staff will first guide the troubleshooting remotely. When the fault is still not eliminated, the maintenance personnel will be sent to the scene within 24 hours and will be responsible for repair.

Out-of-warranty services
(1) sign a renewed warranty contract service mode - users can sign a renewed warranty contract with our company after the equipment exceeds the warranty period ( renewed warranty contract time unit calculated in years ). After signing the renewal contract and paying the renewal fee, you can enjoy the same free maintenance services (including accessories) during the warranty period.
(2) Service without renewal contract For equipment without renewal contract, our company will provide paid maintenance service and charge the maintenance fee and the cost of spare parts.

Maintenance service guarantee
(1) Maintenance results must try to restore the equipment to operating condition until the user is satisfied.
(2) After the end of the maintenance service, maintenance personnel fill in the user-approved maintenance report form on the spot, the company to establish user maintenance files (3) maintenance services after the end of a period of time, customer service calls back to the user to ask about the use of the situation.
